Mexican Pizza













1/2 lb hamburger
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 TBS chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 15-oz can refried beans
4 (9") flour tortillas
1/2 c chunky salsa
2 c mexican cheese
2 green onions, chopped
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 c black pitted olives, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook meat, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Drain off grease.
Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.
Coat 2 pie plates with spray.
Place one tortilla in each pie plate and cover with refried beans.
Spread half meat mixture over each tortilla and cover with second tortilla.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Spread salsa over top of tortillas.
Top with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
Return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Slice each pizza into 4 pieces.
