2 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c butter (softened)
1 c sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/4 c mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c milk
3/4 heaping cup Nutella
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
In separate bowl, beat sugar and butter at medium speed until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add banana, milk and vanilla. Beat until blended.
Add flour mixture. Beat on low until incorporated (don't over-mix).
Spoon Nutella into small dish and soften in microwave 15 seconds.
Add 1 cup of banana bread batter to Nutella and stir until blended.
Spoon Nutella batter and banana bread batter alternately into prepared pan. Swirl batters with knife.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes. (May seem undercooked.) Cool at least 15 minutes, then turn out to cool.
