2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 c chopped nuts
1 c cocout
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Cool.
Frosting:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1-1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter
tsp vanilla
Garnish with chopped nuts, coconut or chopped fruit.
