Cheddar Chicken











16 Ritz crackers, crushed
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt & pepper
4 6-oz boneless chicken breasts
4 TBS butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine crackers, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in bowl.
Dip chicken in butter, then in cracker mixture, pressing gently to help crackers adhere.
Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture on chicken and drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake until brown 25 to 35 minutes.
