Crockpot Bacon Cheese Potatoes



1/4 lb bacon (cooked and diced)
2 medium onions (thinly sliced)
4 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
1/2 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
salt & pepper
Butter

Line crockpot with foil, leaving it long enough to cover potatoes.
Layer half of each: bacon, onions, potatoes, cheese, salt & pepper.
Repeat layers.
Dot with butter.
Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
