Pioneer Woman's Comfort Meatballs

















Meatballs:

1 or 1-1/2 lb hamburger
3/4 c quick oats
1 c milk
4 TBS onion, minced
salt & pepper

Sauce:

1 c catsup
2 TBS sugar
3 TBS vinegar
4 TBS onion, minced
2 TBS Worcestershire
Splash hot sauce

Mix meatballs together and roll into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 45 minutes.
Roll balls in some flour and fry in canola oil. (Don't cook all the way, just brown them.)
Drain on paper towels, put in baking dish, and cover with sauce.
Bake 45 minutes at 350.
You can also melt mozzarella cheese on top.
