Mexican Stuffed Shells

1 lb hamburger
1 pkg taco seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
16 jumbo pasta shells
1-1/2 c salsa
1 c taco sauce
1 c cheddar cheese
1 c monterey jack cheese

Toppings:  green onions, sour cream, olives, salsa

Preheat oven to 350.
Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning.
Add cream cheese.
Cover and simmer until cream cheese is melted.
Stir together and mix well. Set aside and cool completely.
Cook pasta shells and drain.
Set shells out on baking sheet so they don't stick together.
Pour salsa in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
Stuff each shell with 1-2 TBS of meat mixture. Place top-side up in baking dish.
Cover shells with taco sauce.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add cheese and bake 10-15 more minutes with foil removed.
