Cucumber Salad

 













Salad:
2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 small onion, peeled and sliced thin
3 small roma tomatoes, sliced thin

Dressing:
1/3 c low-fat sour cream
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 TBS white vinegar
2 TBS low-fat milk
1/2 - 3/4 tsp sugar
1 TBS parsley
2 TBS dill
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
