Peach Dumplings













2 whole large peaches
2 cans (8 oz) crescent rolls
2 sticks butter
1-1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon
1 (12 oz) can Mountain Dew

Peel and pit peaches. Cut each peach into 8 slices.
Roll each peach slice in a crescent roll. Place in 9x13 buttered pan.
Melt butter.
Add sugar and barely stir.
Ad vanilla and stir.
Pour entire mixture over peaches.
Pour Mountain Dew around edge of the pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Serve with ice cream (spoon sauce from pan onto ice cream).
