37 Calorie Brownies (Kathy S. M.) :-0



















3/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 c skim milk
1/2 c cocoa powder
1/2 c oats
1/2 c Splenda
1 egg
1/3 c applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease 8 x 8 baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in food processor, blender, or use mixer. Blend until smooth.
Pour into prepared dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and cut into 9 squares.
