Crazy Good Casserole
4-5 boneless skiness chicken breasts
6 strips good bacon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 box (16 oz) spiral pasta
1 TBS garlic powder
salt and pepper
Cook & crumble bacon.
While bacon is cooking, cut chicken into bite-sized chunks.
Set bacon aside.
In same pan, cook chicken in bacon drippings.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
While chicken is cooking, prepare pasta according to directions.
Spray 9x13 baking pan.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain pasta and return to pot.
Add chicken, both cans of soup, and 1 cup of cheese.
Stir to mix well.
Pour into baking ish.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
