Crockpot Jambalaya

 


















1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
1 lb smoked turkey sausage, diced
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
3 TBS onion flakes
1 c chicken broth
celery
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Canjun seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
rice

Put everything in crockpot except for rice.
Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.
Mix in cooked rice 15 minutes before serving.
