1 pkg pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 stick butter
1 clove minced garlic
1 pint heavy cream
1 c Parmesan cheese
2 TBS cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
In sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter and garlic and cook for two minutes.
Add heavy cream and creamm cheese and heat until bubbling, but do not boil.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until cheese melts.
Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
