Fun-size candy bars (Milky Ways are good)
Smarties, Skittles, or M&M's
Teddy Bear cookies
For glue:
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
few drops of hot water
Glue four M&M's onto the candy bars for wheels.
Press a teddy bear into each one.
Attach another M&M for the steering wheel.
