1 dozen strawberries
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp vanilla
4-5 tsp powered sugar
Mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)
Whip cream cheese, vanilla and sugar.
Spoon into zip loc bag and seal.
Cut corner off bag to create piping bag.
Wash strawberries and cut off tops.
Cut an X in the narrow end of the strawberry (don't cut all the way through).
Pipe filling into each strawberry.
Top with chocolate chips.
Refrigerate.
