Pineapple Cake (real good one, easy, moist and not real sweet)

 














2 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 c chopped nuts

Cream cheese frosting:

1/2 c butter (1 stick), softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all cake ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Mix frosting ingredients together.
Frost cake while still warm.
Sprinkle more nuts on top.
