Protein Bars


1/2 c protein powder (2 scoops)
1/2 c oat flour
3 TBS nut butter
1 dash salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 envelopes sweetener
1 TBS honey
4 TBS water or milk
Anything else you want (nuts, chopped fruit ...)

Mix all ingredients except water/milk and honey.
Mix water/milk and honey together.
Add honey mixture to batter until the right consistency.
Add the extras.
Press dough into lined baking pan and let cool in refrigerator.
Cut into bars.
Store in refrigerator.
