Sweet Potato Casserole

















Crust:
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1 c chopped pecans
1/4 c butter, melted

Sweet Potato:
3 c mashed sweet potatoes (can use canned, drained)
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and butter in bowl. Set aside.
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs and butter in mixing bowl (in that order).
Mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle crust mixture over sweet potatoes.
Bake 30 minutes. Allow to set 30 minutes.
