Crockpot Stroganoff

2 lb cubed stew meat
2 cans consensed golden mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
2 to 4 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c water
8 oz cream cheese

Mix everything except cream cheese in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. When cooked, add cream cheese and heat until combined. Serve over egg noddles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
