32 oz plain yogurt
1 mashed ripe banana
2 TBS peanut butter
2 TBS honey
Mix all ingredients with blender or mixer. Freeze in ice cube trays or egg cartons.
When frozen, microwave for a few seconds, unmold, and place in plastic bags to store in freezer.
