Sausage & Cheese Bread Roll




 

1 lb frozen bread dough (thawed)
1 lb sausage (cooked)
8 oz shredded cheese
2 eggs
 
Roll dough into 12" by 15" rectangle.
Mix sausage, cheese and eggs, and place on top of dough.
Roll up like jelly roll and place into greased Bundt pan.
Let rise in warm area until puffy, about an hour.
Bake at 375 for 35-to-40 minutes.
Invert and brush with butter.


EASIER VERSION:

2 cans biscuits
1 lb sausage, cooked & drained
2 c cheese

Grease Bundt pan.
Place 1 can biscuits in bottom of Bundt pan, overlapping them.
Put sausage on biscuits.
Put cheese on sausage.
Layer other can of biscuits on top.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

DAMN GOOD
