Sausage & Hash Brown Casserole

1 lb mild pork sausage
1 lb hot pork sausage
1 (30 oz) pkg hash browns
salt & pepper
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
2 c milk






Cook sausage and drain.
Prepare hash browns according to directions. Salt & pepper.
Stir together hash browns, sausage and cheese.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Whisk together eggs and milk. Pour over potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
