Spoon Rolls

1 pkg yeast
2 c lukewarm water
4 TBS butter, melted
1/4 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In large bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add butter, sugar and egg. Mix well.
Stir in flour.
Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling half full.
Bake 15 minutes.

Store extra in refrigerator. THEY DO NOT HAVE TO RISE BEFORE BAKING.
