Frito Pie

1 (10.5 oz) bag Fritos
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2-1/2 c tomato sauce
1 (8 oz) jar salsa
4 TBS chili seasoning mix
1 (15 oz) can light red kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can dark red kidney beans

In large sauce pan over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion. Drain off grease. Stir in pepper, garlic salt, tomato sauce, salsa, chili seasoning, and kidney beans. Reduce heat and simmer.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 casserole dish. Layer Frito chips in bottom of dish. Spoon chili over Fritos. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.
