Mexican Casserole (Wanda P.)
















1 lb ground beef
2 c salsa
1 (16 oz) can chili beans, drained
3 c tortilla chips, crushed
2 c sour cream
1 (2 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/2 c chopped fresh tomato
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook ground beef in skillet. Drain.
Stir in salsa, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in beans and heat through.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with spray.
Spread crushed tortilla chips in dish.
Spoon beef mixture over tortilla chips.
Spread sour cream over beef.
Sprinke olives, green onion, and tomato over sour cream.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
