Crack Potatoes (Billy S.)



















2 (16 oz) sour cream
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (3 oz) bags real bacon bits (or real bacon)
2 pkg Ranch Dip mix
1 large bag frozen hash browns

Combine first four ingredients. Mix in hash browns.
Spread in 9x13 pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
