Peach Cake
















1 large can sliced peaches, drained and mashed
2 c all-purpose flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda

Drain peaches and empty into large bowl. Use hands to mash them. Add flour, sugar and baking soda and mix well. Spray 9 x 13 cake pan and pour in batter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Icing:

3/4 c sugar
3/4 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 c coconut (or more)
1 c nuts

Boil everything except nuts on stove until it thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts. Spread on cooled cake.
