Sweet Potato Casserole



Crust:
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1 c chopped nuts
1/4 c butter, melted

Sweet Potato Mixture:
3 c mashed sweet potatoes (can use canned, drained)
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c butter, melted

Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and butter in mixing bowl and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs and butter in mixing bowl in order listed. Mix thoroughly. Pour into buttered baking dish.

Sprinkle top with crust mixure.

Bake 30 minutes. Allow to set 30 minutes.
