Pumpkin Cake With Apple Cider Glaze


 














Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree

Glaze:
1-1/2 c powdered sugar
3 TBS apple cider
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix cake mix and pumpkin.
Beat with mixer until well incorporated. Batter will be thick.
Pour batter into greased 7x11x2 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes.
Let cook 5-10 minutes, then flip onto a platter.

Glaze:
Combine all ingredients. Glaze should be thick but pourable.
Pour over cake while still warm.
