2 medium potatoes
1 stick butter, chopped
2 (16 oz) boxes powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 TBS peanut butter (for complexion)
1/4 c milk chocolate chips
pink M&M's or maraschino cherry
Boil potatoes until just soft. Drain and mash.
Measure 1/2 c of potatoes into mixing bowl. Add butter and mix thoroughly.
Let cool completely (important).
Add peanut butter slowly to get desired complexion.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Knead until smooth.
Roll dough into balls.
Squeeze balls between graham crackers.
Melt chocolate chips and put in zip-loc bag. Cut of corner of bag and pipe fluorish on top of crackers.
Give each a pink M&M or cherry nipple.
