Cream Corn Bread

2 TBS butter
1 c self-rising cornmeal
1/3 c oil
1 or 2 eggs
1 small can cream corn
3/4 c buttermilk
1/2 c shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Put butter in skillet and let it melt while oven preheats.
Mix other ingredients (except cheese) in bowl. Pour into skillet when oven is heated.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake until brown (40 minutes?).
