Put in big food processor or blender (makes a lot). Pulse to consistency you like, about 10-to-15 pulses. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
1 28-oz can whole tomatoes with juice
2 10-oz cans Rotel tomatoes
1/4 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 whole jalapeno, quartered and sliced thin
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 c cilantro
Juice from 1/2 lime
