Chicken Parmesan (Baked)















2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c dry Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half and pounded 1/4 inch thick
1 (25-3/4 oz) can spaghetti sauce, divided
1-1/2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
hot cooked spaghetti

Beat eggs in bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Dip each chicken breast into eggs and then coat throughly on both sides with bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Turn over, bake 12 more minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Toss spaghetti with half of spaghetti sauce.
Place in greased 13x9 casserole dish.
Place chicken on top of spaghetti.
Cover with remaining spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
